Thanks again, I have signed this Unit contract of sale and will look to improve a few of the points you have raised. But overall, much better than the Elphinstone unit that was nearly a big mistake if it was not for your professional eye.
I have had experience with many building inspectors over the years and without doubt, you are the most professional, organised, and thorough inspector we have ever used (not just in Qld.). The photos (and number of them) are excellent and just what I have always tried to request from other inspectors over the years. Not just the ugly stuff, you capture the overall quality of every room – good or bad.
Even the developer was impressed in your document.
Do you travel to Brisbane (obviously higher rates) or even interstate?
