As your inspector I draw on over 30 years experience in the building industry.
It seems I was always destined to work in this industry. From working with my father who was a plumber at around 4 years of age to a carpentry and joinery apprenticeship, becoming trade qualified to licenced builder/designer, to eventually becoming a licenced pre-purchase building inspector and pool safety inspector, I have always had a passion for construction.
I have been performing pre-purchase building and pool safety inspections since 2009 with many happy clients. I pride myself on providing my clients with the best possible service, useful detail in my reports and a prompt turnaround.
I always say, being a pre-purchase building inspector could also be described as being a building detective. Experience can provide many clues not recognised by the inexperienced or untrained eye. This information is most valued by my clients.
As a pool safety inspector with building experience, I am able to provide many alternatives and advice to my clients to rectify their pool barrier should the barrier be non-compliant.

- A simple process
Simply fill out the online booking form for your required inspection type and you will be contacted to determine an acceptable schedule to carry out the inspection. I will organise access for the inspection and you will then receive confirmation of your inspection and be provided with the scope and limitations of the building inspection for signing and sent an invoice for payment. This can be done on your phone, tablet or computer. Once the inspection and report is completed it will be sent to you within 48 hours of the inspection.

- Personal service
I am a ‘One Woman Show’. You will deal with me from your first contact to completion. I make myself available to discuss all aspects of my service and am happy to discuss any questions or concerns. I also ensure the pest inspector, should he be involved is made available to discuss your pest report.
- Easy to understand reports
My reports are written to ensure the client understands the issues and what needs to be done about it. I include many photos (a picture speaks a thousand words), and indicate with arrows where necessary.
